As a Japanese/English Bilingual Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
ARC Matching and Closing:
Accurately match and close ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) transactions.
Daily A/R and A/P Operations:
Execute daily accounts receivable and accounts payable operations efficiently.
Daily Deposit Handling:
Be accountable for daily deposit processing to maintain financial accuracy.
Bank Reconciliations and Transaction Monitoring:
Reconcile bank accounts, ensure accuracy, and vigilantly monitor transactions.
Scheduled Reporting:
Prepare reports as per scheduled timelines and upon request.
General Ledger Entries and Analysis:
Perform general ledger entries and conduct insightful financial analysis.
Collaboration with Other Branches/Departments:
Collaborate with various branches and departments to address accounting issues.
Debit Memo Processing, Filing, Data Quality Control, and Commission Tracking:
Manage debit memos, maintain organized filing systems, uphold data quality standards, and diligently track commissions.
【Requirements】
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 1~2 Years of Accounting Experience: Preferred but not required experience and knowledge in accounting.
- Fluency in Japanese and English: Proficient in both languages to facilitate seamless communication.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Hybrid Office Commute (Torrance, CA): The ability to commute to the office in Torrance, CA, once a month is preferred. Full-remote work arrangements are also acceptable.
