Administrative and Sales Assistant

<Overview>

Administrative and sales assistance duties in Investment Unit.

<Job Details & Responsibilities>

  • Property data entry and update using Excel and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Interact with other divisions.
  • Communicate with customers when needed.
  • Create flyer which contains property information (picture, pricing, tax related, etc.) using PowerPoint.
  • Assist our related company such as sales data update using Excel.

<Requirements>

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Business level in Japanese and English in both oral and written.
  • Able to work in the evening hours (approx. 7 PM – 9 PM EST) to attend the virtual meeting in Japan when needed.

<Work Schedule>

9 AM – 5 PM Mon to Fri, Evening time if requested approximately once a month
