<Overview>
Administrative and sales assistance duties in Investment Unit.
<Job Details & Responsibilities>
- Property data entry and update using Excel and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Interact with other divisions.
- Communicate with customers when needed.
- Create flyer which contains property information (picture, pricing, tax related, etc.) using PowerPoint.
- Assist our related company such as sales data update using Excel.
<Requirements>
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business level in Japanese and English in both oral and written.
- Able to work in the evening hours (approx. 7 PM – 9 PM EST) to attend the virtual meeting in Japan when needed.
<Work Schedule>
9 AM – 5 PM Mon to Fri, Evening time if requested approximately once a month
