<Overview>

Support company operation by maintaining office environment

<Job Details & Responsibilities>

• Order office equipment and stationery and maintain inventory.
• Maintain the office condition and necessary repair.
• Communicate with accounting division for repair, maintenance and any monthly fee.
• Communicate with building Office Manager and supply vendor.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Schedule online meetings.

<Requirements>

• Supply management (Order office equipment and stationery and maintain inventory. Communicate with supply vendor, etc.) work experience
• Business level in Japanese and English in both written and oral

<Preferences>

• Proficient in MS Office
• Proven work experience as an Office Management Administrator
• Knowledge of office administration responsibilities
• Creative mind with an ability to suggest ways to improve

<Work hours>

9 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday (Part-time work would be considered)
