Relocation Consultant

<Overview>

Support international assignees nationwide for home finding to move Out (Customer service). Communicate with landlord and real estate vendors.

<Job Details & Responsibilities>

  • Performance and labor Management of the division members (if the candidate has leadership work experience)
  • Communicate with international assignees’ to support for after moving in to move out along with security deposit return on behalf of customer/clients company (Being a liaison between international assignee and landlord for the property lease for the lease renewal and termination.)
  • Enter and update customer’s information and lease detail into CRM.
  • Provide rent payment services(Understand company policies and check amount. Data entry and correction.)
  • Invoicing
  • Troubleshooting
  • Coordination of operations with related departments

<Requirements>

  • Business Level in speaking, reading and writing in Japanese and English
  • Familiarity with handling high volume of emails

<Preferences>

  • Customer Support/service experience
  • Familiarity with using system (CRM, Front)
  • Leadership experience
