即日勤務開始、4-6ヶ月のプロジェクトです。
要日本語・英語、事務経験がある方、歓迎。
Keep personal records and record data for each employee
Assist with Employment verifications & Workers Comp paperwork
Provide clerical support to our HR department and our employees
Upload and update employee’s information using ADP
Compile, prepare information and create employee’s company ID badges
Post and update our directory and other HR documents on our company intranet site
May assist in Onboarding for our Japanese speaking staff
Filing, copying and faxing
Other duties assigned by HR Manager
