Job Description:
- Client Development
- Regularly works more than half the working time away from the office making personal sales calls at customer sites.
- Conducts marketing research for potential clients and develops new corporate business.
- Produces and distributes sales materials, including flyers and emails to clients.
- Conducts Group and Leisure sales activities and tour escorts.
- Maintains and develops customer base by suggesting products and services that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Participates in sales and marketing activities.
- Understands function from a bigger, organizational perspective, and its impact on daily activities.
2. Client Management
- Meets with key customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Provides phone and e-mail communications with clients to maintain business.
- Resolves escalated customer service issues.

3. Meeting, Incentive and Event Management
- Develops, manages, and delivers client reporting requirements.
