Job Description:

A popular Ramen brand company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our small team.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our delicious ramen products(Ramen noodles, soup bases and etc).

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including restaurants, food distributors, and retailers.
  2. Identify potential leads and actively pursue sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique qualities and flavors of Yamachan Ramen.
  4. Collaborate with the exclusive distributor sales reps to develop sales strategies and increase brand awareness and product sales.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as the management team requires.
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and explore new business opportunities.


  1. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
  3. Proven sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  6. Passion for food, particularly ramen, and the ability to convey enthusiasm for the product to potential clients.
  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
