A popular Ramen brand company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our small team.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our delicious ramen products(Ramen noodles, soup bases and etc).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including restaurants, food distributors, and retailers.
- Identify potential leads and actively pursue sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique qualities and flavors of Yamachan Ramen.
- Collaborate with the exclusive distributor sales reps to develop sales strategies and increase brand awareness and product sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as the management team requires.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Passion for food, particularly ramen, and the ability to convey enthusiasm for the product to potential clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
