Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in their day-to-day activities, including order processing, quote preparation, and
customer inquiries. - Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers, addressing inquiries, providing product
information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Data Management: Keep accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales orders, and other relevant
information. - Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, and document preparation including presentation
materials, and scheduling appointments to support the sales team. - Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our tech products and services to effectively communicate
their features and benefits to customers. - Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and
customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Salary Range:
Annual salary: $50,000 – $70,000, based on experience and qualifications.
