Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

The relocation consultant will be responsible for assisting a client for house hunting

Job Description

  • Consult with clients on how to find their home
  • Take clients on property tours
  • Review contract and negotiate contract with landlords
  • Assist clients In completing transactions
  • Attend clients’ moving in their property
  • Conduct troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Microsoft skills such as excel, word and power point
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self motivation and drive
  • Real Estate License is required. Will be able to take and pass the exam after joining the firm

*This position will work for MR AfterCare team(Example: attend MR agent’s showing to a client, client’s move in and move out, move-in inspection, move-out inspection) for first few months to learn our real estate and relocation businesses. During these months, it will be a non-exempt position. As this position begins working as Agent, the status will change to Outside Sales Exempt position.
