Project Manager/Business Analyst

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your comprehensive IT background in the Japanese financial industry (specifically banking) to contribute to our projects and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and global resources, to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Leverage your project management skills to create and manage project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between our Japanese and English-speaking teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment of project goals and expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and best practices to enhance our IT solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Very fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the Japanese financial industry, specifically within the banking sector, is essential.
  • Proficient in IT project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution proposal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both locally and globally.
  • Flexible working options: Full remote work is possible for candidates available during ET working hours.
