Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your comprehensive IT background in the Japanese financial industry (specifically banking) to contribute to our projects and ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative IT solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and global resources, to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Leverage your project management skills to create and manage project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct thorough business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between our Japanese and English-speaking teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment of project goals and expectations.

Qualifications:
- Very fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the Japanese financial industry, specifically within the banking sector, is essential.
- Proficient in IT project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution proposal.
