A growing innovative optical components and instruments manufacturer for telecom, test, and measurement biophotonics company is looking for a Japanese-English bilingual Accountant who is a candidate for the next leader.
Accounting job description:
- Perform general accounting and other related duties in the Accounting Department.
- Prepare periodic balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and consolidated packages.
- Maintain the general ledger.
- Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close the monthly books.
- Reconcile bank accounts at least monthly, verify deposits, and address banks’ inquiries.
- Reconcile customer accounts and manage accounts receivable collections.
- Verify payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
- Prepare periodic bookings, sales, and related reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
