Travel Inbound Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Responsible for arranging and coordinating travel services for Japanese travelers visiting the United States.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure seamless on-ground support and facilitate travel arrangements.


  • Hybrid (Jersey City, NJ)
  • Depending on the department and specific responsibilities, the position requires approximately 1-2 in-office days per month.
  • For positions involving on-site support, the frequency of office attendance may increase as the number of travelers grows.
  • Experienced individuals with sufficient skills have the option for full remote work.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

Weekend work and shift-based schedules may also be required.


  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Preference given to candidates with previous experience in inbound travel operations.
  • Non-Experience candidates with a high degree of flexibility and a strong hospitality mindset are also encouraged to apply.
