Travel Inbound Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel services for Japanese visitors to the U.S.
  • Partner with local teams to ensure smooth travel experiences and provide on-site support.
  • Manage operations, event planning, technical visits, and corporate appointment scheduling in Silicon Valley or in the NY area for MICE events.
  • Plan and operate post-MICE tourism activities.

*MICE stands for Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conventions, and Exhibitions/Events, encompassing a range of business events.


  1. Hybrid: Jersey City, NJ
    Typically 1-2 in-office days monthly, with variations based on role and traveler volume.
    Roles with increased on-site support may require more frequent office visits.
    Exceptional candidates may qualify for a fully remote option.
  2. Fully Remote: San Francisco, CA
    On-site support may frequently be required.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM.
Weekend and shift-based work may occasionally be needed.


  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Strong experience in inbound travel operations.
  • Adaptability and a hospitable approach.
