Job function –
– Arrange domestic & International leisure travel including optional tour, air, car, hotel, Amtrak, etc.
– Understand price quote, fare quote, ticketing, exchange, void, and refund process.
– Create marketing strategies such as seminar planning.
– Possible to promote to a manager position depending on your experience and skills.
– Understand and announce Japanese immigration rules.
– Excellent customer service mindset.
– Enjoy speaking with clients over the phone.
– Great communication email skills.
– Home-based position (candidates can be from any part of the country).
