Job Description:
- Coordinate between the person in charge of IT and each department in the company to create RPA projects.
- Conduct initial hearing(*) of RPA candidate projects from each department/user and put into documentation(flow chart, swim lane chart, and summary of flow, etc.) .
- Support the creation of no-code and low-code (i.e. Microsoft Power platform) development projects other than RPA.
- Outreach actively to internal departments and users under the supervision of the IT manager.
- Support users to accelerate civil development and escalate to Apps team as needed and Provide user training for no-code/low-code development.
- Manage various projects and prepare documentation Support for IT managers involved in the upstream process of the application business
- *The RPA consultants and developers will take over the work after the initial hearings.
Requirements:
- Hybrid commuting to Farmington Hills and Livonia and business trip to out of State a few times in a month
- Minimum 2 years of programming experience and minimum 3 years of project management experience
- General understanding of business applications for manufacturing such as ERP, EDI, PDM, MES, MRP, CRM, SCM, design, quality, accounting, etc.
- Language English and Japanese(preferred)
- BS in computer degree or equivalent work experience
