Digital Marketing Manager

One of the US’s leading travel companies is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

  • A Salesforce Pardot certificate is preferred.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English preferred.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry preferred.
  • Adaptable with a strong focus on customer service.

Job Description:

Social Media Marketing

  • Improve marketing automation.
  • Unify all current marketing activities in Pardot from the Business Travel, Meetings and Events, and Leisure channels (Japan Marketing Department)
  • Work with event organizers to expand their audience by promoting activities and special events via live streaming and post-event edited/repackaged video segments that engage audiences.
  • Create digital advertising marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, enrollment, donor/alumni engagement, and other key initiatives.
  • Develop and implement functional tests for customized fields and objects, and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for daily usage.
  • Connect the Salesforce CRM and Pardot
  • Create and implement digital communications/marketing strategies on various communication channels (e.g. websites, social media, blogs, video, audio, e-marketing) that support the company’s strategic goals and key initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually interesting still photos, video images/videography, live content and edit post-event content for a variety of platforms.
  • Identify target audiences and new marketing opportunities through the use of existing student information, traditional research, outside data sources, and partnerships with third-party research entities.
  • Lead in the development, ideation, and scheduling of social media content; manage a rich content and streaming calendar and social media guide.
