Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and have experience in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the purchase of parts and components for our bread making machines
- Work closely with Japanese engineers in HQ and sales and customers in the US to ensure that orders are placed on time and accurately
- Maintain purchase records and files
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
