Provide outstanding helpdesk support to users
Utilize top-notch ticketing systems to manage tasks and projects
Install, maintain, and support various PC, physical and virtual servers, storage, backup, and network infrastructure
Participate in managing the inventory of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies
Develop clear and concise documentation to assist users and IT employees
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
Deliver quality work within designated timelines
Lift at least 50 pounds with ease
Undertake other assigned projects
●Requirements
A minimum of 1+ year of experience in Windows systems administration
In-depth experience with SaaS such as M365, Azure AD, Meraki, PRTG, ManageEngine ServiceDesk, and SOC2 is highly preferred
Japanese language proficiency is a must

Hybrid
Work in the downtown Manhattan, New York office for 2-3 days a week
Work from home for 2-3 days a week

$52K~$90K (depending on experience)
