Job Description:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through clear and timely communication
- Collaborate with internal team and customers on their project specific needs
- Continuous monitoring of the industry for information on pricing, products, and trends
- Work with sales, engineer and Japan HQ teams to ensure customer concerns and goals are contiguous throughout their connection with us
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to be able to provide solutions and suggestions to customers
Skills & Qualifications:
- Team-player attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-5 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Japanese language is a plus, but not required
