Purchasing Assistant

Perform buying duties based on customer needs. Prepare purchase orders for approval by manager(s). Act as a point of contact in the event the Company receives claims from overseas customers. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and/or price lists. Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications. Other duties as assigned by management.

Associate degree in business related major and at least two years of work experience in the field
