Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Description

●Monthly Invoicing for clients
●Some communication with customers (I-94 support completed customers who inquires of the way for withdrawal, asking the status etc. No actual support related to I-94 extension), send follow-up emails to customers, send AR follow-up emails to client companies
●Customer information entry to CRM
●Rental Market research (Both Nationwide and worldwide)
●Data entry


●Business Level English and Japanese (Speaking, reading and writing)
●Familiarity with Excel
●Comfortable with contacting and communicating with clients via email.

Work Hours

Mon-Fri 10am-3pm(or 4pm) EST
*The working hours can be flexible as long as the candidate works every day for at least 5 hours in between Mon- Fri 9 AM – 5 PM EST
*Remote work is acceptable
