Job Title:
Maintenance & Operation Support Leader (or Manager)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Focus technology field: Corporate Email System (Microsoft Exchange Server, O365 Online Exchange)
- Operation collaboration between Japan and US team (Bridge between Japan and U.S)
- Review and follow-up on trouble root cause analysis and project
- Review current operation, propose change and implement
Required:
- Must have fluent communication skills in Japanese and English
- Have experience in managing operation team or consulting skill to review operation
- Knowledge about corporate Email System preferred Exchange Server or O365 environment
- Engineer or Technical SE background
- Authorized to work in U.S (GC or Citizenship)
