Position Overview
Exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support Chairman and President and CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules and communications to ensure the efficiency of the business.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute presentations when needed
Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies for Executive Office when needed
Book travel arrangements
Liaise with clients, headquarters, and staff
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Provide additional support to the CEO and Executive Office
Assists with specific Head Office and Executive Office related requests
Qualifications:
Approximately 5-10 years of experience with an understanding of International business operations
Excellent computer skills
Strong organization skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Verbal and written communication skills (Japanese & English)
System Knowledge:
MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Salary depending on experience – $90,000 – $95,000, overtime eligible
