Client Success Representative – Bilingual Japanese

Job Function

The Client Success Representative will join the Cross Border Family Practice Client Success team to help new and current clients move through the process seamlessly. This candidate will go above and beyond to help internal departments successfully provide exceptional services. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working independently and with a team, while nurturing internal and external relationships.


  • Once a prospect becomes a client, be the point of contact for clients through the entire life cycle of services
  • Schedule meetings with clients to ensure all questions are being answered and processes are being followed
  • Be in constant contact with other departments through the sales/onboarding process
  • Act as the liaison between internal departments and external clients
  • Make continuous effort to ensure client happiness and success during and after product is delivered
  • Actively think from the mindset of our clients and community
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and community
  • Conduct and assist presentations and educational outreach efforts, informing the public of services with a goal of attracting new clients and leads
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Personal Responsibilities

  • Continue to develop interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Attend professional development and training sessions
  • Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
  • Take proactive career steps through Career Advising program


  • Fluent in Japanese speaking, writing, and reading
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Tax background preferred
  • Understanding of the business practices as related to Accounting
  • Ability and willingness for periodic travel to client sites and conferences
