Associate Project Manager – New York
The team in New York is looking to hire a junior level professional to join the project management (PM) team. The PM team represents the core of what we do, responsible for managing data collection projects for clients looking to research Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to be part of a very dynamic and multicultural team in one of the leading brands of online market research, and part of the group.
Key roles:
Manage online data collection projects with support from senior level team members
Engage clients to understand their research needs and interpret that to our solutions
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are successfully executed
Ensure your projects are delivered in full, on time and within budget
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
Proactive, open minded and self-motivated learner
Passionate to work in multicultural team environment
Proven record of taking ownership of your work, not being afraid to take risks and challenges
Business level English skills a must, native Japanese or Chinese language skills preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Excel)
1-2 years of work experience (or equivalent) preferred
BA/MA degree, ideally in Marketing or Market Research
Other Info:
Work Hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday to Friday
Compensation: Commensurate to work experience (base salary + incentive bonus)
Job type: Full time non-exempt with 3-month introductory period
Location: New York, NY (currently all employees working remotely, but ideal for candidate to be in commuting distance once office work returns)
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays
