POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for administrative management of Concur Expense and Corporate Credit Card Program with Manager; including provide all staff with the instructions of Concur and Corporate Card usage allocation.
Responsible for general accounting of the team; general expense payments, record keeping and filing, various administrative duties for business travel, BizConnect (company’s intranet), and donations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Concur administration – Expense Pay cash reimbursement; reconciliation, and posting accounting information to MAIN21 (the company’s accounting system)
- Concur & Corporate Credit Card reconciliation – Corporate Card Invoice Payments including other Group Companies , and Corporate Card expenses posting to MAIN21.
- Help and give Concur instructions to employees in English and in Japanese
- Administrative operation of corporate credit card program
- Support Department Manager with travel management
- Assist the Team with special projects
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, knowledge of general accounting, good customer service skills
- Detail oriented with analytical ability
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter
- Must have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Must be able to operate in a multi-task environment
- Must have accounting skills or good mathematical sense
- Proficient in Japanese: assist rotating staff with Concur and Corporate Card, review Japanese Corporate Card receipts, read and translate company applications or other Japanese documents as needed; liaison with Japanese travel vendor representatives such as airlines.
